OEM/ODM aesthetic equipment for your own brand
Our factory builds the equipment; you can supply it under your own brand. We check logo, boot screen, interface, manual and packaging options for your selected model, then confirm the included scope and any extra work before you order.
Plan your brand and buying costs
Try a white-label brief and calculate clinic, salon or distributor scenarios with your own figures.
What we customise without a tooling project
These are the branding areas we review for a regular order. Availability depends on the model. The quotation identifies included standard branding and any separate charge, minimum quantity or development work; there is no ZENLASE department premium.
Your logo on the machine
Your logo can be applied to the supported panels and branding surfaces of the selected model. Send a vector file (AI, EPS or SVG); we confirm the placement before production.
Boot screen
A branded start-up screen can be prepared where the model supports it. The required file format, panel resolution and any animation support are confirmed before production.
Interface theme
Supported interface colours and brand marks can be reviewed against your brand files. Software changes and treatment logic require a separate technical review; they are not automatically part of branding.
Interface languages
Tell us which languages you need. Existing interface languages and the feasibility of adding another language are confirmed for the exact model before production.
Manuals & training material
Available operator manuals and training materials can be reviewed for your company branding and required language. Confirm the files, translation scope and print proof with the order.
Packaging & labels
Carton print, model label and warranty card in your name. Practical limits depend on the carton size of each model — we confirm those with the quotation.
Housing, custom colours and tooling: volume projects only
These three are genuinely different in kind. They change the physical mould or the finishing line, so they carry development cost, a longer lead time and a real minimum quantity. We will not quote them as if they were part of a standard order.
Custom housing shape
A different shell geometry needs new tooling. Evaluated as a project with its own drawing, cost and timeline.
Non-standard colours
Colours outside the standard finishes need a separate paint or coating run, which has its own batch minimum.
New mould development
Any new mould is a development project. Cost, sample rounds and lead time are quoted case by case before anything starts.
We do not publish a fixed price, minimum quantity or lead time for these three. Tell us the model, the change you want and the volume you can commit to, and we will come back with what is actually feasible — including when the answer is no.
How a private-label order runs
Four steps, and you see the result before mass production starts.
- 01
Tell us the model and scope
Pick the model from the catalogue and tell us which of the six standard items you need. This decides the quotation.
- 02
Send brand files
Logo in vector, brand colours, company details for the manual and packaging, plus any language strings you want added.
- 03
Approve the proof
You get boot-screen and interface screenshots plus manual and packaging PDFs to check. Nothing goes to production until you approve.
- 04
Production and shipping
The factory produces, tests and packs the agreed branded configuration. Unit photos, test footage and other pre-shipment evidence are supplied as agreed for the order.
What we need from you
- Logo in vector format (AI, EPS or SVG) — a screenshot or low-resolution PNG will not print or display cleanly.
- Brand colours as HEX or Pantone values, so the interface and print match rather than approximate.
- Company name, address and contact details exactly as they should appear on manuals, labels and warranty cards.
- Target market and quantity — this decides interface languages, plug type, voltage and what is worth branding at all.
Common questions
Is there a minimum quantity for private label?
MOQ is confirmed for the model and branding scope in writing. Standard branding and work requiring new housing, finishes or tooling are listed separately, so you can compare the actual order requirements.
Will the factory name appear anywhere on the machine?
We confirm the white-label surfaces and boot screen for your model before production. Required manufacturer, safety, traceability and regulatory markings remain where applicable. Branding does not change the responsible manufacturer or applicable product requirements.
Can I get exclusivity in my country?
Territory arrangements are discussed case by case and depend on volume and commitment. See the distributor programme, or ask us directly.
Can I brand a machine I have already bought?
Boot screen, interface and printed material can often be updated on existing units. Applied markings on the housing usually cannot be redone cleanly after assembly. Send us the model and serial number and we will tell you what is realistic.
What is the difference between OEM, ODM and private label?
Private label applies your brand to a supported existing model. OEM and ODM enquiries can involve production to an agreed specification or design and development work. Describe the changes you need: we review feasibility, ownership, samples, costs, minimum quantity and lead time before agreeing the scope. A logo change is not a new device design.
Which product types can I discuss for an OEM/ODM project?
Start with a model from our aesthetic equipment catalogue, such as a diode laser, HIFU, CO2 laser or body-shaping system. Branding, interface, accessories and design changes are reviewed for that model; not every change is available on every device. Send the model, destination, quantity and requested changes.
Tell us what you want to brand
Model, market and quantity are enough to start. We reply with what is standard, what needs a volume project, and what it costs.
