Portable CO2 Laser Machine
The Portable fractional CO2 laser is primarily used for anti-aging treatments and can be used to treat a variety of challenging skin imperfections, such as wrinkles, fine lines, photodamage, uneven skin tone, skin laxity, as well as scars and skin tags. The system combines high-intensity CO2 laser technology with adjustable treatment modes and multi-level fraction density adjustment, providing personalized, precisely controlled treatment options for dermatology and cosmetic surgery.
It can be used for the removal of acne, acne scars, freckles, and scars, as well as for anti-aging and, primarily, scar revision. Seven adjustable treatment patterns allow the physician to precisely target specific areas and control treatment parameters, as well as thermal control through pulse duration and energy delivery mode. This versatility enhances treatment precision and effectiveness while minimizing unnecessary tissue damage.
Applications
This portable CO2 laser offers a compact yet powerful solution for skin resurfacing and dermatological treatments. It utilizes fractional CO2 laser technology to create controlled, minimally invasive procedures, stimulating the body's natural healing process and collagen regeneration to effectively treat acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, skin laxity, and hyperpigmentation.
- Skin renewing and resurfacing
- Wrinkle removal, skin tightening
- Acne and scar removal, melasma removal
- Smooth scars like burn, surgery, traumatic, and stretch marks
- Remove intractable chloasmas and pigmentation
- Sun damage recovery
This lightweight system is ideal for both in-clinic and mobile aesthetic use, offering precise and customizable settings for a variety of skin types and treatment areas, including the face, neck, upper chest, and even sensitive areas. Its portability makes it ideal for small clinics, dermatology clinics, and professionals providing on-site skin care services.
Working Principle
Portable CO2 lasers utilize a 10.6μm wavelength, which is highly absorbed by water in skin tissue. Laser energy is transmitted through an articulated arm, supporting stable beam transmission and high energy density, making them suitable for precise clinical manipulation.
Because CO2 lasers operate in the invisible infrared wavelength range, Protable CO2 lasers are often equipped with a visible red indicator light to help locate the treatment area. When the laser is applied to the skin through a focusing lens, the light energy is rapidly converted into heat, vaporizing or thermally coagulating the target tissue.
In fractional mode, the laser light is dispersed into multiple tiny beams, creating regularly arranged micro-treatment zones while leaving the surrounding skin untreated. This fractionated treatment approach effectively stimulates collagen remodeling, improves skin texture, and improves scarring while significantly minimizing overall damage. It accelerates the repair of surrounding normal tissue, thereby shortening recovery time and improving treatment safety.
Fractional Scanner
Designed for efficient and precise tissue treatment, it is particularly suitable for improving skin texture and pigmentation.
This handheld scanner features a built-in microprocessor control system and supports carbon-free ablation, effectively treating large areas. It is widely used in dermatology, medical aesthetics, and other fields. It offers a variety of scan patterns, including square, rectangular, triangular, hexagonal, circular, elliptical, and linear modes, with a maximum scanning range of approximately 20mm x 20mm.
Ultra-Pulse
This Portable CO2 laser system provides precise cutting and coagulation capabilities, making it an ideal tool for various surgical procedures.
In"Cutting"mode, the treatment head delivers ultra-short pulses with high peak power, instantly vaporizing tissue for efficient ablation. In"Coagulation"mode, longer pulses combined with medium-to-low power outputs promote vasoconstriction and tissue coagulation through thermal effects. This synergistic pulse sequence enables more precise cutting or resection, effectively controls intraoperative bleeding, and helps shorten the patient's postoperative recovery time. The treatment head is equipped with a fixed-focus handpiece and a variety of spot sizes to choose from, further improving the precision and operational adaptability of soft tissue surgery.
Vaginal Mode
1.Tighten vagina - Fast tightening, lasting constriction, tightness to improve 60%;
2.Clean the vagina - Deep anti-aging, young level to improve 80%;
3.Moist vagina - lmproving secretion, moisture level to improve 80%;
Portable CO2 Laser FAQs
▶ Who needs fractional CO2 laser treatment?Fractional CO2 laser treatment is ideal for those who want to minimize the appearance of acne scars, fine lines, pigmentation, sun damage, warts, and a lot of other skin conditions. Dermatologists also recommend fractional CO2 laser treatments to those who suffer from non-responsive skin.
▶ How to use a fractional CO2 laser machine?Patient Counseling and Selection:
Medical History: Conduct a comprehensive consultation. Review the patient's medical history, including skin type (Fitzpatrick skin grades I-IV are generally preferred), current medications (particularly isotretinoin, which must be discontinued for at least 6-12 months), history of herpes labialis (herpes simplex virus infection), keloid scarring, and immune status.
Expectations: Discuss the actual efficacy, potential risks, recovery period, and the number of treatments required (usually 1-3 sessions spaced 4-6 weeks apart). Informed Consent: After explaining all risks and benefits, obtain written informed consent.
Pretreatment Preparation (Weeks Before Treatment):
Skin Care Regimen: Patients may take a topical retinoid (e.g., tretinoin) and/or hydroquinone 2-4 weeks before treatment to prepare the skin and reduce the risk of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). Antiviral Prophylaxis: For patients with a history of cold sores, oral antiviral medication (e.g., valacyclovir) is recommended starting 2 days prior to treatment and continuing for several days.
On the Day of Treatment:
Pre-treatment Photographs: Standard, high-quality photographs of the treatment area should be taken.
Skin Cleansing: The patient's skin must be thoroughly cleansed with a gentle, non-greasy cleanser, removing all makeup, sunscreen, and oil.
Anesthesia:
Local Anesthesia: Prior to the procedure, a strong local anesthetic cream (e.g., lidocaine/tetracaine) is applied to the treatment area and covered with an occlusive dressing for 60-90 minutes. This is crucial for patient comfort. Other Options: For more aggressive treatments or full-face procedures, nerve blocks or oral sedatives may be used clinically.
▶ Are fractional CO2 laser results permanent?The effects of fractionated CO2 laser treatment aren't permanent, but they can be long-lasting. By stimulating collagen regeneration, it can significantly improve wrinkles, scars, and other skin problems. This tissue regeneration typically lasts for several years. However, since it can't prevent future natural aging, the longevity of these results depends heavily on strict post-surgery sun protection and maintenance.
▶ How long does it take to see results from treatment?Initial results can be seen in 1-2 weeks, but significant results may take 1-3 months to see, depending on the customer's skin condition.
Configuration notice: Specifications, accessories, interface options and permitted uses vary by destination market and confirmed configuration. The Proforma Invoice, configuration sheet and model-specific documents supplied before payment take precedence.
